Paige Marks graduated from the University of Iowa with a B.B.A. in Business and a B.A. in Journalism & Communications in December, 2010. Paige received her Juris Doctor from the University of Iowa College of Law in May, 2014. While in law school, Paige was a Contributing Board Member of The Journal of Corporation Law, a member of Phi Delta Phi Legal Fraternity and received the Boyd Community Service Award for over 100 hours of pro bono community service.
Paige joined Mulcahy Law Firm, P.C. in January, 2016 after working as an extern for the Circuit Court of Cook County (Domestic Violence Division), doing legal contract work for several Scottsdale law firms, and volunteering on the Arizona Supreme Court Foster Care Review Board.
Paige is an Associate Attorney with Mulcahy Law Firm, P.C. and her practice focuses on the representation of community associations with an emphasis on general counsel matters. Paige currently teaches classes and academies on a variety of community association legal topics throughout the valley. Paige has been published in a national magazine column several times, where she provides case law summaries for cases pertaining to community associations. Paige is licensed to practice law in Arizona.
