It was a relatively quiet week last week for community associations at the Arizona legislature.
We are still closely watching nine community association bills. Seven of these nine bills have already passed one chamber of our legislature and are moving quickly through the other chamber’s committee process.
Please don’t forget that every week during the legislative session, we post of a summary of proposed legislation to keep you up-to-date on what is happening with the house and senate bills working their way through the legislative process.
