As you may know, the Arizona Legislature has been in session for about a month. Things are starting to get hot outside in Arizona (yikes 88 degrees today) and inside the Arizona Legislature!
Mulcahy Law Firm, P.C. is closely monitoring 12 bills that directly pertain to community associations. We are especially watching HB2106 (giving a 30 calendar day enforcement grace period to owners for violations regarding the condition of their property) as it is moving along quickly in the legislature.
