I hope that everyone had a “SUPER” weekend! Congratulations to all New England Patriot fans!
Despite all the Superbowl festivities in Arizona last week, the Arizona legislature was busy at work. As of 1:00 on Friday, January 30, 2014, HB 2084 (Disclosures), SB1048 (Vexatious Litigants), HB2032 (Office of Administrative Hearings) and SB1091 (Planned Communities, Removal, Special Meetings) are all moving quickly through the legislative process. A summary of all bills affecting community associations can be found on our webpage, Publications Tab, Legislative Updates. Please don’t forget that none of these bills are the law yet.
